How often do fire extinguishers need servicing?
Annually, in line with BS 5306. We contact you when the service is due and arrive at the agreed time, so there is nothing for you to chase or remember.
Do I legally need a fire risk assessment?
Yes, if you operate non-domestic premises. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes it a legal requirement. Our assessor is an ex-fireman who can carry out a full assessment and provide a clear action plan. Find out more about fire risk assessments.
Do you require a service contract?
No. We work on a call-by-call basis with no contracts required. Most customers stay with us long-term because of the quality of service, not because they are locked in.
